We have iced our delicious Gluten Free Caramel Cake with our vanilla buttercream and added red, green and white sprinkles for the Holiday Season!
Gluten free but made in a facility that uses wheat.

Ingredients: cane sugar, modified tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, cornstarch, emulsifier (rice starch, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), natural vanilla flavor, salt, xanthan gum., butter, brown sugar, eggs, buttermilk, sugar, sprinkles (sugar, corn starch and/or tapioca starch, glucose powder, palm kernel fat, glycerin, magnesium silicate, soy lecithin, gum arabic, fd&c colors: fd&c colors: yellow 5 & 6, red 3 & 40, blue 1, artificial flavor, carnauba wax), evaporated milk (milk, dipotassium phosphate, carrageenan, vitamin a palmitate), egg white, canola oil, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), vanilla extract, water, alcohol, corn syrup, natural flavor
Thawing Instructions: To thaw, unwrap the cake while still frozen and place the cake in your refrigerator overnight or on the counter for 3-4 hours. Refrigeration may cause the texture of the icing to change.
