Caroline served her first 7-Layer Caramel Cake at her youngest son’s Christening in 1982. The power of word-of-mouth spread this incredible tasty treat across the country. Before she knew it, she had customers as far away as Alaska and Hawaii wondering how soon they could get a Caramel Cake.
