March 13th will always be a special day at Caroline's Cakes. Although we celebrate Caroline's birthday all month long we pay extra special attention to today because it's her actual birthday. She would have been 73 years old today and I can picture the party she would have had. She would have been surrounded by friends from near and far and toasted by Dad, Charles and me. She would be gracious and beaming accepting her birthday hoorays and well wishes and there would be so much laughter. I hope she's doing all of those things as she watches over us and this business.
