Happy birthday Richard. We love your cakes. Growing up my husband, Gid, always had a caramel or coconut cake for his birthday. We are glad to continue the tradition with your wonderful cakes. I live in Los Angeles, and have been buying a Caroline’s Caramel Cake for my daughter’s birthday for
many, many years. When she was away in New York for college, I had them sent to her in her
dorm room. She had to hide it because her roommates got hooked on it as well!!
Now she is grown, and an agent here in LA, and I still get them for her birthday. It has become a
family tradition!
