Something To Celebrate: Caroline’s Cakes Feature in Baked From Scratch Magazine

We are thrilled to be featured in this month’s Baked From Scratch Magazine issue– this is truly every baker's dream! The publication allows readers to “create beautiful, artisan baked goods, discover the world’s best bakeries, movers and shakers in today’s baking culture, products that should be in every baker’s pantry, new cookbooks, and more.” We’re honored for our bakery and storefront to be featured amongst leaders in the baking industry and for yet another opportunity to collaborate with great minds in the baking world; I often participate in Baked From Scratch editor in chief Brian Hart Hoffman’s virtual sessions at William Sonoma’s Baking School.   • I love Caroline’s Cakes 7 layer caramel cake. It is rich and decadent, perfect for any occasion. This cake is gifted to me at Christmas, I hope they never chose another flavor of cake. My family eats it on Christmas Day, I then refreshed what’s left and thaw it to get a slice, rewrap and freeze again. It’s still delicious, refreezing has no effect on taste as long as it’s properly wrapped. Explore their website, they also offer cake bites that make excellent gifts as well as other food items. I sent Brunswick stew to a neighbor after a hospital stay, they said it was the best they’d ever had.

  • The 7 layer Gluten Free cake is the most delicious cake I have eaten. No one would be able to tell the difference between regular and Gluten free cake. We absolutely love this cake.
