Over the holidays I had the pleasure of speaking with Holly Seng with Southern Lady Magazine and it was an absolute treat! I rarely pass up an opportunity to tell the Caroline's Cakes story and love reliving this cake adventure. I took my husband out for his birthday, 70th. When we returned the cake was on our front porch when we arrived home from dinner. (like could only happen in the movies!) He was very surprised and HAPPY! The cake was delicious! We both love caramel cake and it was a rare treat. PS He played with the dry ice the cake was packed in like a kid in kindergarten. It was wonderful!
My daughter ordered the 7 layer cake for my 75th birthday as a surprise as I love Carmel frosting/yellow cake. It was by far the very BEST Carmel Cake I have ever eaten. I had some left over and it freezes very nicely. I will never be able to enjoy
