Caroline’s Cakes is an established nut-free bakery and has been recognized by the Food Allergy Initiative in 1998. All products and cakes that contain nuts are made and packaged in a separate facility.
Although the U.S. government does not currently have official regulations for whether a business is “nut-free,” we have implemented a code of standards and restrictions on our kitchen to establish a nut-free environment. This includes a strict policy of “NO-NUTS ALLOWED” in our bakery for employees and allergen-free statements from our ingredient vendors.
