Storage Instructions: Upon arrival place chopped brisket, rice and cake bites in freezer. Refrigerate creamy cole slaw, queso fresco, and aioli. Store tortillas at room temperature.

Chopped Brisket and Rice: Thaw and Reheat.
Creamy Cole Slaw: Thaw overnight in your refrigerator. Queso Fresco: Cut or crumble as the finishing touch. Cake Bites: Store in freezer. To thaw, unbox your cake bites while still frozen. We recommend serving them directly out of the freezer, as they only take 15-20 minutes to come to room temperature.
