Caroline's classic recipe, all prepped for a crowd! These party-sized versions are packed with jumbo lump crab meat, perfectly seasoned with Old Bay, and cooked to a golden brown. Each pack contains 12 1oz. crab cakes.

Storage Instructions: Upon arrival, place crab cakes in the freezer.

Cooking Instructions: Remove frozen crab cakes from your freezer and arrange on a well-buttered sheet pan. While the crab cakes are thawing, pre-heat your oven to 450°. Once oven is heated to 450°, place crab cakes in the oven and cook until golden brown.


Additional Flavor: add butter and Old Bay while cooking.
