Celebrating the Anniversary of our Caramel Cake

November 8th is another wonderful day worth celebrating in the Caroline's Cakes history! Today marks the anniversary of the day Caroline first served our iconic 7-Layer Caramel cake at my christening! As you can see here, I clearly had no idea that I would be sharing the stage that day with such a legendary dessert, but the requests for more cakes after that day spurred Mom's passion and a business was born!

This business has always been about happiness, joy, friends, family, hard work, and a dedication to honoring the pass in present and future celebrations. Today we celebrate our most popular cake, the strong Southern woman who served it, and the cake community it has helped to build. I hope you will all enjoy a slice if you have one tucked away in your freezer.
