Thanksgiving is just around the corner and there is nothing we love more than a beautiful holiday table setting. With cake as the centerpiece, of course! We’ve tapped our dear friend and colleague Stephanie Summerson Hall of Estelle Colored Glass to share her entertaining tips, holiday traditions, and more. Read the full interview below.

What is one of your favorite holiday traditions when it comes to entertaining or celebrating with loved ones? 

“I love gathering with my in-laws on Christmas Eve and exchanging gifts.”

Please share a few tips for making a tablescape feel special…

“I love simple tablescapes with traditional family china and fresh holiday greens mixed in with winter fruit such as pomegranates and berries.”

What are your favorite songs to set the mood for a festive holiday/winter party? 

“I like soulful Christmas music of different genres and by a variety of groups….

“A fresh pine Christmas tree.”

What is your favorite Caroline’s Cakes flavor for the holidays? 

“Red Velvet Traditional and 7 Layer Coconut Cloud.”

Please share if you have a special way that you decorate layer cakes, have a favorite cake stand, or how you dress up a cake stand…

“I like to pull the Estelle Cake stand in Emerald Green and Red during the holidays and like to garnish the cakes with sugared fruit and green herbs such as mint.”
