Oprah ❤️ Caroline's Cakes!

Caroline's Cakes is included in the special 20th Anniversary edition of the O List, which features 20 new finds and old faves in the May 2020 issue of O, The Oprah Magazine and on OprahMag.com.  The bakery, renowned for its 7-Layer Caramel Cake, has previously been named among Oprah's Favorite Things, in 2017 and 2011.

As Oprah says in the May issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, "Whether you cut into the caramel-layered number (Gayle's go-to), the blackberry lime marvel, or the fluffy coconut throwback, each of these cakes is a beautiful, buttercreamy way to conclude a dinner party."

Caroline's Cakes began in 1981 when Caroline Ragsdale Reutter served her first 7-Layer Caramel cake at her son, Richard's, christening. Today, more than thirty years later, what began as the ultimate show of love and affection for friends and family, has evolved into a business with more than thirty flavors of layer cakes with Richard at the helm. Caroline's Cakes has been headquartered in Spartanburg since 2012.

While Caroline's Cakes is known for sharing "the taste of tradition," keeping with celebrated Southern favorites such as 7-Layer Southern Chocolate, Coconut Cloud and the best selling 7-Layer Caramel, each season boasts seasonal flavors suited to every occasion, from 7-Layer Key Lime in the summer to 7-Layer Yuletide in the winter. Caroline's Cakes ships nationwide directly to your door.
