Our Carolina Pulled Pork Barbeque starts with the choicest pork and is slow cooked for hours on low heat to produce a pull apart meat full of flavor! It is then mixed with our Carolina Pepper & Vinegar Sauce, which imparts a tangy sweet taste. Nothing could be finer! Includes a 7 oz. pouch of our Carolina Pepper & Vinegar Sauce.

Storage Instructions: Upon arrival, place BBQ in the freezer. Refrigerate Carolina Pepper & Vinegar sauce.
Cooking Instructions: Defrost in refrigerator.
You may warm your barbeque in a 275 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes or until warmed.
You can also warm in a double boiler.
